RETURNS:

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• The item must be shipped back within 30 days of purchase using a tracked service.

REFUND:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.

• Shipping costs (both initial and return) are non-refundable.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
